Customer Satisfaction, Web 2.0 Style

Are you a business looking to find new ways to get with the internet age? Are you looking for a means to get people’s feedback on your product without all that hassle of pen and paper? Well, look no further than Frogmetrics.

TechCrunch has a write-up on this new startup whose main goal is to get customer satisfaction data where it belongs, in the businesses’ hands!

Personally, I think this idea is neat and shouldn’t be limited to just businesses. I mean, who wouldn’t love aggregated data in regards to their one night stands available online for their immediate viewing after copulation? Am I right, or am I right?

*tries to give you a high five, but you refuse*

Hmmm.

In all seriousness, though, I would like to see this get popular among restaurants, hotels and other businesses dealing in customer service. It’s quick for the customer to fill out (which means we’ll actually participate), easy to implement, and gives a decent amount of data on what you’re doing right (or wrong) as a company. When is that NOT valuable?
