What is Geek Troika?

Geek Troika is a podcast and production company dedicated to giving you the best that geeks can offer!  Our podcast discusses tech, videogames, music and whatever else suits our fancy.  New episodes are posted every Wednesday at 12p EST.

Our production company provides a diverse mixture of media formats.  We have video, animation and audio shows delivered to you every day.  Currently only our podcast is in active production, but an animated web series, a webcomic and a live action comedy web series are all on their way!  We will update you on the progress of these projects as often as possible.

Jon is an aspiring screenwriter / webcomic artist living in Chicago. Recently graduated from Columbia College, he spends his time doing graphic design, cartooning, and hunting for whatever odd jobs he can find. When he’s not doing any of that, he’s bumming around on the various social networks and spewing his inane thoughts at whoever will listen. Jon is also a music and TV fan and will talk your ear off about both of those subjects…probably at the same time.

Jon is a writer and producer for Geek Troika. He edits each and every episode of the podcast and uploads it each week for audiences across the internets to enjoy. He is currently writing for a live action web series with Mattie as well as an animated web series which will be announced VERY soon. Also cooking around in his brain is yet another live action web series which he hopes to begin planning in the month of February.

Mattie is a college student extraordinaire!  Currently studying Computer Science at a university in Michigan, Mattie enjoys spending her time finding new restaurants and bars to loiter in.  An avid comic book reader and lover all JRPGs, Mattie brings the feminine side to our geeky little show.  Mattie pwns Mike every chance she gets.

Mattie is also a writer and producer for Geek Troika.  She is currently working on a live action comedy web series called Matsie Reads Her Spam.

Mike is a recent graduate of Rutgers University, where he specialized in the thing he loves most in the world - tech! From a young age, he has loved all things which go bleep bloop, from computers to consoles, VCRs to mobile phones, Legos to K’Nex.

The love-fest doesn’t end there for Mike, though. Whether it’s film, comics, TV, books, or food, if there’s something to geek out on, he has got it down. With a special love for JRPGs and FIFA video games (What?), Mike does his best to be a jack of all trades for all things geek.
